Start by eating bread (buns) and water for a while, and drink lots of fluids. After a while, you can start adding other stuff back, but don't eat so much shit food because then it's back to square one.

That's my suggestion, but then again, if you were to try this, you are taking advice from a 16 year-old from Canada with no medical background whatsoever. Anyways, good luck!
