I'm on a vastly modified version of it right now, and I have been for over 6 months. I cut out a lot of starches, and no sugar whatsoever, which is good since I'm a diabetic anyway.
Admittedly, I got a little lazy around the Christmas season, and got back up to 219 pounds, but that was also due to a knee injury I had suffered. Now I'm back to 205, and I'm healthy enough to go back to the gym 4 times a week. Now that the weight is off, its time to turn the remaining fat into muscle.
I'm not looking to bulk up, just to tone my body and add some more muscle definition. A nice 6-pack for abs would be nice too. That's my goal

Its funny, I'm 35, going on 36 in September, and she, along with quite a few other ladies, have told me that I've gotten more attractive as I've gotten older. I didn't believe it until I saw some pictures of me at my wedding, and compare that to what I look like now, then yeah, there's a big difference there.
And no, I'm not posting any pictures, at least not yet. Give me a few months. I posted some when I first got here, and quite honestly, I'm embarrased by them.
