Whats with this Alessandro Bashing For Shits Sake? Where is your loyalty? This guy put Juve on the map time and time again...he was your REPRESENTATIVE on the national team and most marketable player for the last 10 years. (I have my IFS with him but I'm a Milanista and an Italian National Team supporter: its normal...but Juventini?). Milanisti never yelled sell Maldini (even after the Korea game: he went on to be the best defender in the world the following season)...Sell Baresi (even after the 6-1 Juve gangbang in his last season) or sell Costacurta.
DP IS JUVE. Like it or not he is the PLAYER PEOPLE associate with Juve. He actually started the season strong and after a string of slumps (are you not accustomed to him being in a slump???!!!) you are ready to hold a fire sale. HOLD THE PHONE GREEN BAY. There are MANY CHUMPS that have to take the exit at Delle Alpi before DP. And if DP were to leave you owe it to him to give him a RESPECTABLE good-bye not a Slap in the face.
WTF.

Moving on...

Marshall: I took you for a TGIFriday's type of "first date" guy not White Castle. But then again Fabi seems to have something for PASTY WHITE things..so maybe WHITE Castle is the way to go (your own West Virginia version of Oysters).

Is it me or is Turke-y trying hard to be the new DONNY BALLS of this thread?

But if Maldini was not on top form for a long time, would you rather have a 36 year old hole in your D, or a younger guy?

To me it is the same thing with Bayern and Kahn, he has to go, he has passed his prime.

Nick, good post on the defense of the great Alessandro Del Piero. No matter how badly his form dips, he ALWAYS deserves the RESPECT for what he has done for our club.

Sell that "what have you done for me today" shit to the White Castle employees.

Nothing can take away from what Del Piero has done for this club. He, along with Robby and Zidane, have been my favorite players of all time. I will always hold Alex as a Juventus Champion. But the time has come for him to move on, or to take a back seat role in the club. His performances of late have been ugly, sorry to say, and we must find somebody to get the job done in attack. When Trezeguet comes back to life we might fix the problem to some extent. But all I know is that it's rather disheartening to see our "Symbol" of the club look like a mediocre player, seeming like he's not even trying.

I do not live in West Virginia, so I have no idea what you are talking about. Actually, Olive Garden is not too far off the mark for me. But since White Castle is Detroit's TGIFriday's, some recognition must go to the place.

And by the way, what in Sam's hell did Ronaldinho do to deserve the FIFA World Player Award? Wow the crowd with his heavenly tricks and flicks? He has not won anything since the World Cup in 2002.

I think it should have been Becks......or Owen, or Heskey, they are all the best player in the world.

If its a chain restaurant, then it isn't "High quality" anything.

You want quality Italian food? Come to Providence, specifically Federal Hill. Now THAT is where you find some high-quality Italian food in the United States
