By the way..someone saying "I'm LEAVING"..doesn't that make them

GONE??
Yes, but then there is that popular saying which you must have already heard if you do speak French : "seuls les imbéciles ne changent pas d'avis".

I am going to be honest with you : the reason why I left was because of certain things you said at one point which I did not approve of but which are difficult to discuss in a serene way on this medium (this is when one realizes the inherent limits to this type of communication), all the more so on "Nick against the World".

P.S. Last time I checked I was not a public officer....magistrate or even a person in the public spotlight so I'm not sure why you should feel offended by what I say: i.e. WHO the HELL am I?!!! There are so many statements made everyday by public officials that are downright NASTY....why waste your time on me?

Is the saying that Libero quoted dissimilar to saying that only the fool does not change his mind? In which case it's a relevant point..

IncuboRossonero has really became a brand around here now. Very few people have done it or made it so big on this forum. I think only Shadowfax, Incubo and River have really done it. When the brand people post theres just something about it. Could they have planned it that way? Was it luck? Are they fake? Or is just that there is something about that person that takes them to that level? And am I only one thinking all this crap :D

This has to make a category in the next forum awards :D

This is also a good sign that I should get some sleep.

People who want to make an impact can make an impact. Everyone else either can't be assed and/or don't care

I think it would be rather funny if people strove to make a big impact on this forum, and used it as some "grand achievement" in their lives. :howler:

True but thats not really it. Lilliana made an impact but its hardly the same.

Your telling me anyone could become the next Incubo and have a fanclub and dedicated thread like this? Come on now. If its so easy why dont you do it :D

okay maybe I made it sound a bit simpler than it actually is. The three people you mentioned all have certain traits that make them celebrity.

River is an attractive female who knows her football and isn't afraid to speak her mind.

Nick is a Milan fan who knows his football, likes writing long posts for the sole purpose of causing maximum humiliation for the victim, and somehow manages to get along with some of the people here.

Paul is a Juve fan who's been to more live matches than the rest of us put together. Then again, Paul wasn't as outspoken as some other people, which is why he IMO didn't make as big an impact.

Okay, maybe what I just said doesn't really present a strong case, but you get what I mean.

    then again... who cares? :)
