vBulletin 3.6 (which I just upgraded to) introduces a neat Warnings/Infractions system which replaces our old system which was a bit buggy. In each post you'll see a yellow/red card. Click that card and you can warn the user for that specific post.

If the user reaches 10 infraction points, he'll be temp banned for 3 weeks.

I've setup the warning types so they're identical to what we had before.

Also, warning a user will automatically create a thread in Warnings so it can be discussed if needed.
