I have to pay a $250 fine. The lady said she didnt remember how much it was but she thought itd be 250. If its more Im gonna go crazy. Just because this is a private, $40,000 a year university does that mean that people here are rich?!!!!!!

What kinda pissed me off is that if you cannot pay the fine, they can set you up on something like monthly payments, if I dont have the money right now why will I have it in two months?!!

I know they could have kicked me out, thank God it didnt happen and Im thankful for that

True. One of my arguments today was that 'I was in a completely new culture thats different for me' so keep that in mind

And basically when youre drunk you just gotta do it in a friends house if you wanna get reeeeaaaally drunk, or just sleep at a friends house if youre very drunk. Also when youre out in the streets dont do any signs youre drunk, but I guess thats obvious in any country

Yup, pretty obvious. Did you try telling them you thought the drinking age limit is for Americans and that the drinking age limit is 18 in Venezuela (guessing) so you thought you could drink?

I read your pm. In that case, the Universities here are doing a bad job cause all of my friends, in fact, nearly everyone in the universities drink underage and on campus.

Don't worry. Nothing will happen to you. After all, you're just a teenager. I am sure they deal with this alot.
