looks like Saddam is dead....
I literally had to learn about it from Patton Oswalt last night.

Pado, this is a really odd story, but I think you will like it. I was listening to the radio a week or so ago and the story was about how an old man tried to buy his grandchildren in Southern West Virginia for 20K dolla, so he got arrested and the reason the radio host said was, "..because buying children in West Virginia is a crime." Thought it a bit odd that law was actually on the books.
Patton's other story last night? "American values." Like the time he was on tour as a 19-year-old, and a comedy club owner in Roanoke, VA -- asking him if he wanted to see something crazy, and he idiotically said "sure!" -- drove him late at night up to the nearby mountain wilderness. They pulled up to a remote fence in pitch black woods, and three fully-bearded mountain men in women's dresses came out of the woods for $20 an ass jacking.

Not sure if that's a crime on the books or not...

You know, for someone who hates the West so much, you seem to have adopted an awful lot of our lifestyles. You even support a European football club as if it were your own.
I hate the Western governments, not the Western people...

And those soldiers who come to my region are not good representatives of their people, but they are working on behalf of their governments...

I don't think that anybody in this World really believes that the Western government send their troops to our region to spread the fake freedom, because simply if they want to spread freedom, they only can stop their support for our dictators...

About me cheering for Juve, I have to say that I cheered for Juve when I was 10 years younger just because I saw that it had character & dignity...Something I was looking for since my childhood...

I don't cheer for Juve because of the players' look or hair like some ladies here...

I don't cheer for Juve because I respect one player to the degree of worshiping like many people here...

I don't cheer for Juve because they're Italians just like some Italian members here...

What I cared about the most was the character of the club & the enthusiasm of Ravanelli's mates to achieve the best always regardless the obstacles...

And to be honest, my trust was hit by the new management's behavior where they're starting to lose their character & transferring into another club that doesn't have anything special different than other clubs...

I asked myself this question many times:

"If the Western people don't listen to what you're saying, why do you address them in your political posts??"

I was thinking that somehow somebody will get what I say and wonder about its reliability, go to some honest link and change his look to the Middle East issue...

I think I succeeded in some cases to shed the light on some issues, but knowing that you all know now my ultimate goal in the forum, I think I have to decrease my posts less & less, and knowing that I've just registered to complete my studies, then I guess I'll have less time to spend on forums in the future...

But you have always to remember that there are some people in the Middle East who may share you the same interests because they are humans just like you, but they have their own political viewpoints which are the result of their own personal experiences...

EDIT: Never mind the Arabs, ETA are back and bombed a Madrid airport...

ETA must really be pissed off these days. "What's a guy without a shimagh gotta do to get some attention around here!?" :(

Erik, Sergio, how much did you pay for your Wii?

It will be back at around 250€ when it's available here.
Yeah sounds about right.

I hate the Western governments, not the Western people...
Ah, but we voted for our governments. That's why Al Qaeda says it's alright to attack Western civilians.

Sounds familiar

Our views tend to be too far apart to allow for a serious discussion

:D

Though, perhaps surprisingly for anyone who doesn't watch or read a lot of it, European media don't tend to report about Al Qaeda nearly as much as North-American media.

Which has more to do with our homegrown terrorism rather than a lack of threat from the 'Muslims'. But if a newspaper only has one page available for terror-related news, Al Qaeda usually doesn't make the headlines.
