Nick, you are giving yourself too much credit. Yes you and 10 million Italians made those very same complaints week in and week out.

Seriously, you have done well to bitch about the matches under investigation, but you also bitched about games where no bad calls or suspicious events happened.

Anyway, you do not need to go overboard with this. You are preaching to a few who claim that this is false and will all go away, but the great majority of us agree that football must be 100% clean and honest. We, the Juve fans, and the Juve players never wanted to win by corruption. We, in this forum, all seem to accept that we must play in Serie B for our sins. Who are you preaching to?
It is more than you and Greg who laughed off these accusations..but the fact that there was actual transcripts of Moggi's conversations and the fact both you choose to dismiss it as a 'witch hunt' and compare it to the Cannavaro video demonstrated that just like the conspiracy theorists you led your black and white googles get the better of you...
But it is more than that...it was more than you and Greg...week in week out it was the same replies and the same statements "Milan is jealous"..."we dominated" "Berlusconi is corrupt" and no one fairly analzyed the claims ... no one logically thought about the calls except Paul and Denco ... most woudl rather turn a blind eye to the joke that was officiating and just brand incuborossonero the resident "conspiracy theorist"...

you can't expect me to sit back on the sidelines at this point when all my wild accusations and yelling like a village idiot came true....this opportunity comes once in a million years: when far fledged theories come to light and are proven...so bend over and take it and call Kasmir and ask for his forgiveness.

About those other games: wait and see my naive friend...wait and see.

I just wonder what will you do when Juventus are struggling ín lower divisions and Milan are competing with Inter (only the first two months of the league) for the Scudetto.

    Who would you provoke?

You kidding??? Juve in B....its like handing me a baseball bat and everyone here bending over...week after week :pint:

However, my hatred for Juve has been subsiding in the last few years and moved on to INter....especially these days in which they claim they were cheated out of scudetto's and get this CL titles...

Of course, because Moggi and Galliani were behind Villareal beating their sorry arses...

because Galliani was behind Milan beating them 6-0, 4-2 and in two CL semis....

they have not won in 16 years and are blaming everyone else...pathetic

yeah, we don't hate Milanisti that much anymore either, especially after those beautiful 6 minutes against Liverpool. now that, was quality :pint:
On the other hand, i would like to see many fans not being overly sad about the relegation (if so be it), since we'll be back in a year anyway with new team spirit, determination, and younger talent, to kick your sorry asses again. :D (In case of relegation to C1, make that two years).

The following are the first wave of Juve games under investigation

    Reggina-Juventus 2-1 (6-11-04)
    Lecce-Juventus 0-1 (14-11-04)
    Juventus-Lazio 2-1 (5-12-04)

    Bologna-Juventus 0-1 (12-12-04)
    Juventus-Udinese 2-1 (13-2-05)

    Roma-Juventus 1-2 (5-3-05)
    Fiorentina-Juventus 3-3 (9-4-05)

    Reggina-Juventus 2-1 (6-11-04)

No comment here...bad calls made and Moggi decides to lock up Paparesta in the locker room and take the key with him...forcible confinement charges pending..

    Lecce-Juventus 0-1 (14-11-04)
Can you please tell us how exactly did we "fixed" those games?

Are there any transcripts between Moggi and the officials of these games?
did he asked someone for a special ref, for a certain of those games?
Did we transfered money on somebody's count (do all those refs drive Maserati's what happens if someone has an Opel:D )

Are there any real facts other than those vague suspections/accusations?

Who had those evidence all that time,
why did he revealed those evidence just now?
Did Buffon bet on those matches?
Now that Milan finally lost another scudetto will these accusation dissapear
and come back again next year when we are about to win our third star?

PS its not irony, i really care about those questions
and if you bring any hard evidence, i will honestly accept our guilt

    Chelsea confirm Sheva desire

Milan’s Andriy Shevchenko has moved a step closer to joining Chelsea after the London club admitted they are ready to pounce.

Shevchenko revealed on Friday evening that he was entertaining the idea of leaving the San Siro, citing family reasons for his possible departure.

Although the Ukrainian admitted that no decision over his future had been made, the Premiership champions are preparing an offer.

"We have shown our interest in Shevchenko over the last two seasons and had dialogue with Milan,” confirmed chief executive Peter Kenyon.

“Shevchenko is the type of player we would like.

"At the end of the day to improve what we have got, it has to be a great player and Shevchenko certainly comes into that class.

"You stand a chance [of signing him] but there is a long way to go in the summer. It has got to be 50-50, but I would not say that it is any more than that."

Boss Jose Mourinho has also given the probable swoop his blessing, even if he is insisting that the deal is far from done.

"I think the natural thing is that you have a big striker to join us and to make this group stronger," said the Portuguese tactician.

"I cannot say it is Shevchenko though. He is a player that belongs to Milan and Milan have a three or four-year contract with him.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea will announce the capture of one-time Inter target Michael Ballack at a media conference today.

The German international has arrived from Bayern Munich on a free transfer.

Nick i thought that us Juventino's should not be the only one's to endure some terrible news.

Erik, I don't like the way you are talking about your fellow fans, I think the Dutch fans are the most "colourful" (the orange is not intended here) and I like the way they make atmosphere in such tournaments. I am looking forward to living the experience among them.

There's always two sides of a story, Nick. And the truth almost always lies somewhere inbetween.

Even you here admit that a lot of the presumptions and accusations now have precisely fit a model of worst-case behavior that has been repeated by the most rabid anti-Juve sects for many, many years. And anytime I hear the story match identically that of just one side of a bitter, heated argument -- I get very, very suspicious of the witnesses.

To the extent that Juve has come out legally clean to date is clearly exaggerated truth in my mind. But I have every expectation that not only will it play out that these long-standing worst-case theories will not only be unproven, but they will also will be exaggerated in truth.

you can't expect me to sit back on the sidelines at this point when all my wild accusations and yelling like a village idiot came true....this opportunity comes once in a million years: when far fledged theories come to light and are proven...so bend over and take it and call Kasmir and ask for his forgiveness.
I still don't see the clear and obvious "proof" that many seem to take as verbatim fact, end of story, case closed. Apparently, due process isn't necessary because you and every Juve conspiracy theorist who can read a newspaper has it all? I just don't buy that, Nick. There's a difference between due process and a lynch mob.

I'm not saying that Juve is clean of what's being accused by any means, however. It's a question of severity and extent, of context and relevance. I reserve that I could be wholly proved wrong and all the worst case scenarios are true if proven out. In which case, Serie A, let alone Juve, is completed f*cked.

Why do I keep hearing the words "proof" and "evidence" etc when refering to our punishment / non-punishment regarding these footballing matters...

Conclusive proof / evidence are not required here... Whilst Evidence etc is required to convict Moggi, Giraudo et al in their respective legal cases... These things are not required for us to receive footballing sanctions... These are matters for an FIGC panel to decide... However much evidence there is to prove us guilty or innocent... the fact is... Its irrelevant, The decision comes down to the OPINION of a sanctioned panel... Exactly as is the case when reviewing incidents on the field....

Your vision of evidence is only required in the eye of the law, not to decide our punishment within the league system...

    Ok, Kasmir, know this:

Even from the depths of Serie C, we would have a better chance of winning the Scudetto than Inter.

    And know this:

I love you, Nicola P. Rocco, and I will turn a blind eye to anything I want . . .

Scenario's were laid out today by officials ... interesting scenario's(http://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/SerieA/Primo_Piano/2006/05_Maggio/15/scudetto_punto.shtml)

    rough translation

The most minimal sanction for Juve is relegation that is to say finish in LAST PLACE and go to B thus being stripped of the scudetto. However, Genoa for fixing ONE match was sent all the way down and given a -3 in the next season. Juve could be handed two relegations (Serie C1 or C2) since for the moment 7 to 15 games are under investigation.

Who would the scudetto or scudetti's go to?? Naturally Milan in second place but if something comes out of their involvement then Inter....only once in 1927 was the scudetto stripped from a team and not re-assigned...to Torino. Most likely it will be re-assigned.
Silly. Just plain silly. If the championship was fixed, then there can be no champion. Other teams would have had to have been helped in matches against Juve's scudetto rivals. No way to determine how many points were legit and how many fixed. The title should simply be vacated like in 1927.
