Juve Fact of this week:

I guess the Appeals Court demands real, competent evidence and not the old rumour and inuendo that the Trial Court was content with. "But I swear, your Honor, that Del Piero is bigger now than when he was 16."
Robert, have you actually read the court documents, the testimonies, the evidence produced in this case... if you have i really cant see how you can come to those conclusions and see this for anything but what it is... A hollow victory...

This "aquital" is all about the technicalities of Italy's highly questionable "sporting fraud" law, not about guilt or innocence... More "sorry Mr Prosecutor, Wrong charge"

You have to forgive our friend..he is a graduate of Cooley law school and as a result because of budget cuts certain first courses such as 'Evidence' and 'Criminal Law' were not available during his time there....:cheesy:

    yeah your'e right !!

he is not up to par so Vieri who is playing the first derby with milan is going to be the right solution for milan to get the 3 points while the whole world even ancel knows that there is no way that he can score at this match specially under the pressure of Inter's Fans !
Would have picked Stam to score?
Would you have predicted that the official would call the game as badly as he did?

Gilardino was worn out and tired...he was ineffective...what else was he to do so as to give Sheva some room and create more scoring chances? Bring in Vogel a defensive minded midfielder?
Put Rui Costa in when Pirlo and Kaka were controlling the midfield...no point.

You criticize his decision yet don't indicate what other options he had....

    Jog on, boy.

I'm even annoyed with the fact he twisted my words a bit. Perhaps I should say I'm not talking to the media anymore :D.
Give it a few days. Tell them you're the next Pele, and they'll be hitting up for your opinions on the upcoming WC as if your words are gospel.

don't be sad you just posted a question and i did give my answer , no offence !

it does not matter, i can post a question saying USA is the most beautiful country and someone else can reply and say .. who cares ?
You seemingly cared enough about it to actually respond to the post. And if you truly did not care, why on earth did you respond in the first place?

Obviously a lot of people cared about whether the man lived or died, especially the family of the people he brutally murdered. But seeing that you're a near retard, I guess you can't be responsible for your own idiocy..

Chemistry was terrible, perhaps the most difficult exam of my college career. Dr. "Ing-hyar" Zhong really fecked us over and included some things we were not expecting on the test. Astronomy was not too difficult however I should have done better...easy test except for the essays.

But that's what I get for focusing on "Bound lenks and Kemisty."

No, the translation of the Court Transcript from the original Italian is not available in English and I don't read Italian well enough to understand legal, medical, or pharmaceudical language. Still, in all court systems the world over, your trial level pool of judges frequently contain a certain amount of morons, or perhaps in the Juve case a few Toro fans. Generally, your pool of Appellate judges will contain the greater legal minds, judges able to determine what is competent evidence and what was improperly introduced voodoo with no legal foundation.

True. And I'm still waiting for the refund Cooley owes me for cancelling those classes.

    Da .. what you're talking about ?

he could let pippo plays even if he's not fit to this macth at least he's a finisher and i bet that making serginho or seedorf playing as an attackers is much betterr than depending on Vieri ?
