What does it matter whether it's deliberate or not? Even in an intoxicated state, I think the chances of hitting a group of cars going at that speed are high enough to be considered a major thread.

Drivers are trained to anticipate collisions when they lose control of their vehicle or get clipped by another car... a flying beer can exploding in the windshield isn't exactly in the training manual...

Its a slow and steady process, but I'm getting better each day.
The funny thing is, there wasn't an event or occurence that brought this on.
I think it was just building up over a number of years, and it all came to a head over the past 2 weeks.
I had an anxiety attack at an Italian restaurant last night though. It wasn't pretty, that's for sure.
