Will flop @Madrid .
Naah he will be great there, extremely talented player under Mourinho's guidance would hardly flop.

But i can see him in a few years (3-4 years) screwing up just like Robinho and all those young brazilian players who lose their heads with all the fame and money.

That would be 2m a year, right? With the very low taxes in Spain, Neymar will cost them as much as an Italian team will have to pay in order to buy a player for ~10m eur and give him 4m eur per year (5 year contract).

sounds almost equivalent to what we paid for amauri
More or less the same. We paid 22.8m eur for the transfer fee and for the 2 and a half seasons with us we paid ~10m eur for his wages (+ around 8m eur for taxes). Amauri already costs us +40m eur and he could still cost us additional 8m eur if he stays with us next season.

although i was never than keen on neymar, still it highlights how overly priced the italian market is. as for neymar, just watch him follow the same path as robinho

Or how ridiculously low the taxes in Spain are compared to the other leagues.

But we've been there too many times so lets not repeat the same conversation over and over again :) It is how it is, so we have to live with it.

Kun>Neymar.

Wow, this is huge for us. Come on Marotta, seal the deal with Aguero. :weee:

Also, how the hell are Real going to manage all these arrogant ball hogs? Far too many big headed idiots.

Did the proposed changes not end up happening?

There were plans at some point to bring taxes up to 43% for foreign players in Spain.
