The agent of Santos striker Neymar has admitted there is time on his client's side in regards to making his anticipated move to a European club.
Wagner Ribeiro also denied there will be a new proposal for the 18-year-old by English side Chelsea, who are strongly linked with the forward.
Ribeiro also had to deny there was a possibility Neymar was preparing to change agents, as Israeli representative Pinhas 'Pini' Zahavi was in Brazil, looking to take the player to Europe.
"Pini is my partner. The Zahavi's are currently here to escape the winter. His wife had never seen Brazil, and they have now returned home," Ribeiro told Goal.com Brazil. "His link to Chelsea is in the past.
"The first and main thing tht matters in regards to Neymar is that he wants to leave. He stayed and everyone has supported him in this decision.
"I have told Neymar he is considered as a role model. He has to provide an example to children and younger people. He is not an ordinary player and he fully understands this.
"He has a family who supports him very much. He has had a good year, but things have happened that were unpleasant. Santos drew attention to this and he is finally maturing," Ribeiro concluded.
