This is the article I read a few weeks before. I can't understand 100%, but I guess it's saying Fiat's sales in Brazil is rising and they're doing good business there. They are trying to expand the market share there as they expect the sales growth to continue towards the World Cup.

So there was already speculation that Fiat would sponsor Juve to buy a Brazilian young star also to increase their exposure among Brazilian or the South American market.

Which sounds sensible, and together with the news of us giving up on Dzeko and RM borrowing Benz to us. We might really use our EU spot on Neymar.

Sounds like a smart business plan, too.

Tapping into the Brazilian market, an emerging economy, is probably a good thing. From a football perspective, you're an idiot not to.

Wouldn't mind losing Dzeko and gaining Neymar and Benz with option to buy but isn't their a limit to how many players you can loan in one season?

Keep on dreaming.:D

Imagine, Neymar, the #10 of the European Champion and Serie A winner Juventus, scoring the winning goal in the World Cup Final in his home country.

And he drives a Ferrari or Alfa Romeo.

Of course it will become the dream car of millions of kids in South America! We can't even estimate the economic benefit! :juventus:

Now this is THE PROJECT. :eyebrows:

So what does Fiat (as a company) "gain" out of this deal :boh:

Juventus and Fiat are two totally separated businesses. The only thing they have in common is that Exor (a company controlled by the Agnelli family) own approximately 30% of Fiat and the majority ownership of Juve. But thats about it.

Why would Fiat spends 20-30 millions on a player so that he'd play for Juve ?!

common interest in business, like with Bayern M. some sponsor is giving them money and they can only have that money if they sign a top class player

Good point.

However Neymar will be costing a similar figure to what Mark suggested :p

I think he's admitting we won't be signing Dzeko at the crazy sum suggested. (Sory Hustini)
