The club never really had faith in chimenti , when buffon got injured, they put abbiati instead . Chimenti was pissed . I remember he once saved del piero's penalty and started screaming and jumping as if he had won the world cup .
who cares if the club didnt have faith in him, i did and thats more than enough :D

well i dont blame him, and besides he's already a wc winner -

Is there any proof that there was contact between Juve and the Player during the time van stratten was still at hellas? If so would be nice if they showed or acknowledged that. Dont know the situation quite right to agree or disagree with the decision yet.

This is a great opportunity nevertheless to get fernando muslera.
How hard can it be?

Hellas released Vanstrattan, who claimed he was depressed and homesick, on condition that he doesn't join another Italian team.

Vanstrattan joined Juventus.

Juventus are an Italian team.

Juventus are not Hellas Verona.

Vanstratten joined another Italian team.

You get it?

Verona said that he could go away to Australia, cus he missed his family and stuff
So, they help him to go by make shure he is a player with BOSMAN - status

But instead of going to Australia, he goes to Juve
Verona feels fucked
Go to the judge
Judge says that its illegal what he did

Excuse my ignorance, but I havent come across the clause highlighted in bold in the articles I have read. Could you kindly paste the link for this. Its a real strange condition.

Beh, it was in an edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport a month ago. I even posted something on this forum saying it wasn't right from Juventus. I can't be bothered to look it up again though.

Del Piero and Chimenti were (are?) good friends. Their wives were even sitting next to each other on that day. IIRC the two families were about to go on a holiday together. I'm sure Chimenti was very pleased to stop a Del Piero penalty kick, because he admires him as a player.
