Well, for back-up, you need those players who are exceptional at bieng normal.

They are fine with sitting on the bench and when called upon they will give it 110%...

Balzaratti looks atleast to be the next Birindelli, or may be even Pessotto....he is very use IMO.

Here's what I would do if I was Juve's GM. I'd invite Mijatovic, Capello and Baldini to Juve's headquarters telling them that Juve's supermarket is open and they a free to come. In the meantime, I call SKY, RAI and other TV stations and tell them to wait outside and wait for Cap and cie's arrival.
