Personally, Kovac, Trezeguet, Emerson, Viera, Thuram, Buffon, Zlatan, Camo ,Zebina should all leave due to wage, age, fee considerations.
Then Zanetti (wages too big for Serie B), Zambrotta, Canna (with an option of selling for an agreed fee in case we don't get promoted), should be loaned out.

Must keeps: Gianni, Del Piero, Palladino, Olivera, Zalayeta, Kapo, Konko, Chiellini & Balza, Mirante/Bonnefoi, Legro, Marchionni, Rej Volpato, Birri and Sculli.

Looking at the team, we will probably have enough goal-scoring threat to do well in Serie B in terms of attack. Kapo, Olivera, Konko, Marchionni should be too creative & skillful for the Serie B level. With Zala, Sculli, Palladino, Volpato, Alex up front there is a good combination of skill, experience, power, youth, and height. I think it is important to keep Alex, Birri & Giannichedda because these are players, I believe, are ideal to mentor young players for their professionalism and dedication.
The key then is probably getting some experience at the center back, for which I think Sol Campbell & Di Loreto seems to be a good candidate, just in case Legro starts to make some stupid errors again. Felice Piccolo & Masiello are two interesting talents from what I heard but it would be rather petulent to rely on two youngsters producing. Coda is one talent that has impressed me on few occasions that I have seen, and I am wondering if he is willing to play a division lower with Juve. Dainelli is another one worth looking but the competition may be too fierce.
It would be fascinating to see who wins the battle of No1 between Mirante and Bonnefoi. I have never seen the latter play but I think the former is definetely capable of playing well in Serie A and B. We may need to get an experienced goalkeeper though for a back up. Somebody who can mentor two youngsters.
I am wondering if Peruzzi is contemplating a pay cut with back loaded compensation for us. He would be fantastic signing.
As for the full-backs I think we are fine as it is. Perhaps we can sign some young right back from South America, which I am presuming there are a dozen, to heat up some competition for places on co-owernship or loan.
The same goes for the central midfield. Cozza, Jimenez, Gasbarroni are all enticing prospect IMO.

marchionni & boijnov?
I agree Marchionni & Bojinov definetely makings of future stars.
I also think Mirante, if he keeps up the progession with right mentor behind him, could end up playing for the Azzurri.
I definetely like Palladino and he could become a good rotational player even for Serie A. Ditto for Balza and Chiellini.
And there are room for these players & grow. They are not lock in but potential is there, and the good thing is as we have young talents in abundance we probably dont need all of them to be successful. With right coaching, and appropriate opportunity I think one of Palladino, Volpato, Piccolo, and Masiello could all become starts even I must admit I havent seen one of them play except Palladino. I have seen Paro play when he was kid & he seemd to have a good feel for the kicks. Not sure how he developed though.

Hey good idea Jun-hide, let's ask if Viali can come back and play for us as well
Well I think Angelo is still a very capable goalkeeper. I am not sure if he is willing spend very few years he got in lower league but since Lazio got relegated I think it is worth a try.
With regards to Vialli - He & Deschamp is on bad terms now if I am correct.
But if they make up, why not use him for a coach?:p . Of course, if he agrees to that.

Why are they on bad terms btw ? I wouldn't mind, let him come assist DD or something.

I think they had a bit row when Vialli was managing Chelsea. Before then, from what I know, they used to be best of friends.

But quickly looking at the team center backs seem to be the position that needs to be strenghtened most, presuming Canna does leave.
I just cannot how Legro given his wage status, ability & age to the team can be beneficial to the team. Nor Zanetti. Are they good for Serie B? Yes. But not at a wage level boarding a million dollars.
I would keep Giannichedda for the sheer professionalism this man has. His presence would be positive for the young players around.
I wonder if Iluliano still got legs to play and whether he is willing to take a pay cut.

if abbiati stays and tudor comes back and plus ruben can play games as well

it will probably be the sickest line-up ever assembled in serie B

----------------------Abbiati------------------------
Balzaretti-----Kovac-----Tudor------Chiellini
-------Marchionni----C.Zanetti-----Giannichedda-----
-----------------------Nedved---------------------------
----------------bojinov--Del Piero--------------------

I say we might see something like this (I really hope so):

--------------------- Abbiati
Massiello --- Kovac -- Cannavaro -- Balzaretti
Marchionni --- Giannichedda --- Zanetti
-------Bojinov --- Palladino --- Del Piero
in some ways that could be better than our lineup this season :D
