Yes complete customisation and choice is possible. Without limit. Complete skinning is possible. Or even just offer a variety of colour choices. All that requires is a change of the css.

What is said is irrelevent. Whats important (from Emmas perspective) is that that person can say it. They have the freedom to say it without someone else obstructing them or restricting them.
