Buying 3cb in the summer is overkill. We will probably buy a good midfielder .In attack someone will come only if someone is sold, same as with the fullbacks.
We splashed the cash last year only because it was the goat.We are not that rich as to maintain the trend.

Yes I guess we all realize De Ligt has great potential but you’re missing his point. He said we have already spent money on 2 young defenders, it is very unlikely that we splash that kind of cash on De ligt, plus he is Barca bound.

We have to be realistic, like the lineup you shared with us, it looks more like your personal dream team of next season and I understand you have high hopes. However, once Sarri is appointed as our new coach, it’s better to keep our feet on the ground and realize our limitations in terms of ambition and financial power on the transfer market.

Nedved has already said that our squad is very difficult to improve in terms of quality.
