That's why we should trust our board.
They are way more informed about our situation and have analyzed everything before taking actions.
That's where I will disagree

The board is in place to ensure the club operates efficiently per EXOR's guidelines. As long as the club is earning steady revenues to report back to the parent company then the board is doing their job. Thus far they have been doing their job which means that winning CL is not the true objective. Making deep runs in the tourney to see those additional tv payouts, additional sponsorships, etc. is what they are focused on from a macro level. Parting ways with Max and replacing him with Sarri means that they are content with staying at the same level Max brought them to at best.

The board functions based on their fiduciary duty to EXOR, not the fans or the media.

CL is our every year objective. But no one can guarantees we would win CL with even Pep.

And there are things that we fans don't know. Mabe the situation was beyond repairing, and they had to part ways with Max. And I'm sure they rate attractive football, that's why they are hiring Sarri.
Yeah the management must have been aware of the criticism of max Allegri playing style on juventuz forums and would like to experiment with the concept of sarrismo

I just stated allegri is the best Italian tactician, maybe the best in the world. And I said we haven’t been playing so well These last TWO SEASONS. Not my fault you want to pick and choose what you read. I rate allegri really highly actually, and even stated I wanted to see what he could do with a better midfield, but even then, it might’ve been time for a change. Some coaches do better with certain squads and clubs, but aren’t necessarily better overall coach.
I simply read what you write, I don't pick anything. Sadly you write bs.

He lost both of them the season Higuain joined us and still manged his team very well.
He lost by far his best player in Higuain and still managed to compete in the league.

And i believe he would have worked out the absence of Hamsik and Jorginho. It's not like they are some world beaters. It was more about his system than the players.

Whoever added to the system, did his job perfectly, evsn if they weren't that much good. . That is the strong point of Sarri's system.

Now imagine that system with players we have. I'm sure we wouldn't be disappointed.
Hysaj played 35+ league games each season there. In fact, he played 35+ games each season he had in Serie A, except this season with Ancelotti when he started 24 times. Guess Carlo is the one who didnt have Hysaj available more of the time?

Higuain is a poacher that camps in and around the box (atleast thats what he became since Sarri arrived in 2015). Yes he was a great player individually but he takes away a lot of space and isnt someone you play passing dominant football with as he shoots everything that comes to him. They improved with Mertens in terms of overall goalscoring because of that, while we regressed (even though he was top scorer in both teams). While loaing any great player is a loss, you cant compare it to the loss of Jorginho and Hamsik, who sarri built his team around

People thought the same thing when we hired Max. They said our boards are content with what we are doing and don't want to take the next step, they only want a yes man , and 5 years later here we are with the GOAT in our side.

The goal is not to be relied on CL price too much. That's way risky. And they are doing a hell of a good job expanding our brand. The next step is playing attractive while winning cups.

Who’s to say Sarri is a league specialist? Ancelotti was struggling with Bayern in Europe before sacking as well. Sarri only lost to Madrid in KO rounds who eventually lost, and got eliminated in the UCL groups one season where their main focus was the league (which I admit was a mistake but they could’ve never coped with more than a competition with the depth they had) he’s only had two chances at the UCL, don’t cut him short because of that.
Sarri couldnt pass a group with Shakhtar for one. He got his ass kicked out of EL early twice, Real wasnt his only european tie you know. Ancelotti lost to Real with Bayern, it was very close and refa played a part. That was his one european campaign with them. So how did he fail exactly?

Pirlo on Sarri: “I think the club has in mind a coach who wants to make a change. If you want to change, you really need to change, otherwise it was better to keep Allegri, who was solid & successful. Sarri could be the ideal man but you have to negotiate with Chelsea.”

Some members who’ve never set foot on a football field let alone play professional football know better than Pirlo.

Great stat. I have another one.

Emery UEL winner 2016, out in the UCL round of 16 against Barcelona in 2017 (remontada)
Mourinho UEL winner 2017, out in the UCL Round of 16 against Sevilla in 2018
Simeone UEL winner 2018, out in the UCL Round of 16 against Juve in 2019 (remontada part 2)
I prefer his stats, TBH.

Andrea dropping them insights like "if you want to change then you really need to change". I'm shook.
