About same level I would say. I dont think Allegri would have done a better job with Man Utd, look at their squad lol. Both are defensive minded coaches.
There is nothing defensive about Allegri. We derp around with a basic 4-4-2 defensive shape.

Under Mourinho you will see crimes against humanity.

Sarri is garbage. Mourinho at least has a proven record of success and we know he'll be fired in year 3. Also, he's not very defensive as much as he's pragmatic as a coach. Also, he's probably on the same level of Allegri if not a bit higher due to the pedigree of his success imo.

No Allegri is very offensive minded. Almost always looking at the balance especially at the wingbacks. De Sciglio prefered to Cancelo lol, Mandzukic as LM because he is a warrior. Did you enjoy the football this season?
