Ronaldo was a bigger shock I agree but his situation is still not comparable to Pep. He was in a contractual dispute with Madrid and was always expected to leave.
Pep with his oil rich millions at City is about to a create a dynasty in the PL and likewise has good chances of winning the Champions League with City. I'm not sure he is going to let go off the heavy financial backing he receives and the squad he has assembled at City just to sign up for us and go through another rebuilding process with us.

Yeah i dont see Baldy coming here just yet, he wants to win the CL with city, and has an unlimited budget, plus he has already put some years into building the squad, i think he will come eventually but not for a few years.

Poch is much more realistic tbh, especially if they win the CL, they still wont compete finaincially with the big clubs but he will probably feel he has accomplished everything and will leave.
But not sure, still think we will end up with an Inzaghi/Gasperini type
