Pochettino is coaching in a league with much better teams and in order to win something he needs much more than he currently has.
Getting Tottenham to a CL final + The embarrassment they gave us when we played them in CL (We were extremely lucky) worth to me much more than an Italian cup..
I understand what you say about Pochettino but you should also remember that its not if Pochettino coached City Man Utd Liverpool or Chelsea - He coaches Tottenham and he got less appeal than these teams to attract great players yet he managed to do more than Man Utd and Chelsea (Well actually he is behind them in the league but CL final>EL win as it is much more impressive with much better teams)
The thing is - While he has never really proved himself to be the winning type of manager he has done very well and many including me have no doubt that he can show he is WC with a top club like Juve.
Comparing him to Inzaghi is a big insult for Pochettino.. Inzaghi is 8th in the league with Lazio - He is not coaching Frosinone.. He is coaching Lazio and if Inzaghi is that great he would have taken them to a 4th place as after Juve and Napoli its possible to get any of the 3rd or 4th spot that lead to the CL - Its not as if Inter are that great and Milan didnt exactly proved they belong there..
Atalanta - They surprised everyone but Lazio on paper are even stronger than Atalanta so if anything Gasperini is a better coach..

Tottenham are in top 4. Manutd are 6th.
