What is true is that this guy died in a belgian prison. Three guards have been questioned, the other inmates rebelled at fist but the got back to their prison cells.
An investigation is ongoing, the autopsy revealed that he probably died due to strugglings that might have happened during his transfer from his cell to an isolation cell. The rest are mere speculations.
Why does it have to be "Westerners torture a muslim"? That's ridiculous. I wish to know what exactly happened, let the authorities investigate and take the appropriate measures.

What report? You mean that "article"? All it does is throw around some random accusations. There is NOTHING that backs it up. It doesn't really offer the view of other prisoners. There are no quotes.

Guards torturing and killing Turkish man in prison released
Belgian prosecutors released on Thursday three guards who were interrogated on charges of torturing Turkish citizen Mikail Tekin to death in Jamioulx prison. The guards would not be subjected to any accusation or disciplinary penalty.
Turkish citizen Tekin (31) was detained on August 7 after quarreling with police and immediately imprisoned, despite his health problems, on charges that have not yet been clearly stated. Tekin was sent to prison without a judicial decision.
The prison administration called Tekin's family one day after his detention saying he was choked while eating and asked them to take his body.
Prosecutor's office launched an investigation into the incident upon reactions of the family and the other prisoners, and on Sunday's autopsy, it was announced that Tekin died because of "physical violence".
As the interrogation of the guards started, other guards of the prison went on a strike to support their friends.
Tekin's family started a legal procedure in Belgium as the body of Tekin was sent to Central Anatolian province of Sivas for burial.
A letter by Zafer Uskul, the chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the Turkish Parliament, asking the head of the Justice Commission at the Belgian Parliament for information on the authenticity of the allegations, has reached Belgium.
Belgium news agency Belga said three guards transported Tekin to an isolation cell as he made "much noise" and the guards had to control the prisoner while transporting him to the cell. The news agency said conditions during the transportation would be clarified during the interrogation, and noted that actually, traces of violence were found in the autopsy. The interrogation will assess whether the stance of the guards were in line with the conditions or whether they caused death of the prisoner, the agency added.
Belgian Human Rights Association (LDH), in its annual report announced earlier this year, stated that human rights violations in the country have risen.
LDH said Brussels, which talks much when human rights are in question in other countries, was shortsighted for the cases in Belgium.
