Three of Le Mans stars have been attracting interest from the Premiership and Serie A - Yoann Pele, N'Dri Romaric and ismael Bangoura.

Highly-rated keeper Pele has been linked with a move to Arsenal as a long-term replacement for German veteran Jens Lehmann.

The Gunners have a close relationship with Le Mans and Martin Keown has been helping to coach the Ligue 1 outfit.

Pele injured his foot recently but Arsenal have been monitoring his progress carefully with Arsene Wenger keeping his options open.

Meanwhile, Romaric and Bangoura have been attracting some attention from Juventus.

Sports director Daniel Jeandupeux is reluctant to allow any of the key players to leave.

Bangoura said recently: "I will take stock at the end of the season, but I do not have a precise career plan.

"I aim high but it does not matter if it is in Italy, England or in France."

AAAh Romaric, I know him very well, played in the black team KSK Beveren.

2years ago, their wasnt a single white player in their starting XI, and only one on the bench. All these players came from Ivory Coast, it was a gold mine. Many players now like Eboue, Yaya Toure, Boka, ..

The national keeper of Ivory Coast still plays here, Copa.
