I don't have a clue why so many banks endulged themselves into the subprime loan market anyway. Shouldn't they have the foresight to see a possible collapse in the industry when rough economic periods arise, thus causing these subprime imbeciles to default? It's like lending money to a kid whom has taken your money in the past and still hasn't paid you back... of course this situation will be a disaster in the long run.
