People judge the media with their hearts rather than their eyes, allowing them to fit patterns that fit their biases and reject contrary evidence.

Kind of like a Flyers fan on a video replay of a non-goal. :pado:

My point being there's a bit of critical stuff, though not as much as pro-Israel stuff. But people choose to see either one or the other typically.

(Jewish-owned media aside, it also didn't help that the Israel/Arab divide was, for a long time, a proxy for the U.S./Soviet divide.)

In addition you have all the Evangelist bastards who truly believe the God chose the Jews as his people, even though they look down on the Jew. But what do they know? Abraham had seven sons.

The Evangelists are dangerous psychos. They creep me out. They're all publicly buddy-buddy with the Israelis ... but only because they see them as a means of bringing about The Rapture on earth.

That's like having one of your best friends only hang out with you so he can bang your girlfriend after she dumps you.

The Evangelists play the role of Israeli allies, but they're complete users of them.

Sounds exactly like MSNBC and FIX News.

Look at CNBC. Unfortunately, they cannot be objective because they must appease their sponsors.

This sort of "media" is being left behind rightfully by more observant individuals.

It's mostly a social thing, the american political and hence media elites are all products of the two-party system which is itself a symptom of a 'black and white' world view.

There is no room for objectivity in such a world as everything in like is more complex than either/or.
