no, just 3 or so.

1. Cassano is a troublemaker
2. Cassano is expensive
3. Cassano ....

Reasons not to get Mutu:

1. Mutu is doing drugs
2. Mutu did not impress last year
3. Cassano is better than Mutu

Reasons to get Mutu:

1. Mutu is free
2. While in Serie A Mutu was the second best goalscorer and best assistman in the league
3. Mutu used to be world class

If we could wait for Del Piero to get back to for for 6 years (which he still hasnt done btw), then we can certanly wait for Mutu for a season.

. Coke makes you self-destructive and it is the worst possible drug to use when you are on a team. Furthermore, the medium to long-term effects of cocaine are terrible for the body.
I would disagree on that and I have one example on that matter. Chris Mullin from NBA,we all know that he was a heavy alcoholic, but he admitted that due to his terribe migrenas he often used coke before the game(and we all know that there is no real actuall drug testing in USA sports, hocky and a.footbal especially) and to neutralize effects of box of beer in his stomach. Interesting thing that he showed the best performances when he was coked up.....in one interview after his career was over he said: "It was awesome.....you see all those guys trying and jumping all the way and then I score 30 like it's the matter of a joke, not a basketball....I was a god, they were my slaves"....as soon he started rehabilitation his career went downstairs.........but he's my idol :)

Cmon, everybody is speaking with disgustment about drugs and so on.....but you would be very suprised If you knew how many footballers take drugs....both steroids and enjoying drugs.....

Now to crusify Mutu just for being discovered in taking drugs is clear nonsense. Hell, sometimes I take marijuana and coke, not often but I do(ok,coke very rare).....does that makes me bad person or less worthy on my job? Hell no....

Also I remember that last season after the game one Udinese player was invited to tewsting after the game. He was a junior player and had traces of THC. Then, club director had a good nose and he ordered all players from the youth squad to take test. All were positive.....now imagine what would it be if all players from senior squad were tested....I guarantee 3-4 coke users,3-4 Marijuana users and 1 LSD user(that would be Sensini :D ).

No, it does not make you a bad person nor does it make Mutu a bad person. IT doesn't make you less worthy of your job, but Mutu is a professional athlete and as such his physical health directly relates to his job potential. Cocaine is terrible for your body, and thus, his cocaine use affects his job negatively.

 @ Sensi. And of course a lot of professional players use cannabis...

Cassano is too expensive.

Mutu, on the other hand is free, and is better than Del Piero.
I agree that Cassano IS to expensive.. no doubt bout that... BUT... if they both where free, IMO all of us would choose Cassano.. Right..?

btw, yes imo Cassano is much better then Mutu... And no i dont have anything against Mutu, i would love to have him (Mutu) at Juve.. but as said Cassano would be a dream come true (for me) :)

IF they were both free? But they're not, so Mutu all the way.

Guys guys guys, this is all a conspiracy, Moggi's n Mutu's....

During the summer Mutu was upset Chelsea did not decide to sell him to Juve while he was never really considered in Mourinho's plan...frustrated he and Moggi made a little incident which cause chelsea to fire him...Mutu gets a chance to play first team football, Moggi gets a chance to save money...everybody's happy!

But seriuosly, I think we should try him out, I agree that we've waited for DP for such a long time, y not on Mutu? i'm sure Moggi is smart enough to include many clauses regarding his drug problems, such as termination of contract clause or sumthing. But he is FREE and I do still remember him at PARMA....Besides, I dont think he did terrible at Chelsea, he started off pretty well, then got into bad form after his injuries...

It's definitely a hard deal to pass up, considering that he'd be free, but it seems to me that there is more potential for damage than y'all are considering. Taking on Mutu will cut out Zalayeta (who is progressing very well), and it'll only hasten Del Piero's decline, IMO. And if he proves to be a coke head, then we'll have screwed ourselves with that move. I guess it's just a matter of risk assesment.
