lets put it this way. Mutu is not a target man.

nor a consistent goalscorer
You're both out of it, he's both of those things and more. He put the ball in the net like no one else in his last season at Parma and he has a lot more aerial ability than most people give him credit for. Furthermore, he's one of the strongest forwards around and he's got good pace. He is an all around forwad, the likes of which this club has not had for some time.

Now if Moggi snubs Mutu, then i guess he's brilliant, BUT if he signs this drug coca player, then he's a (Jurk) ....
I'm not completely sure that signing Mutu will be a bad thing, he may turn out to be a very important player for us. I don't think that the conclusion can be made now.

A coked up Mutu is better than the current Del Piero.

my point was that id rather have Mutu - Trezeguet. and of course he is a goal scorer. at least Parma's mutu is.

I don't think so.....Bosnich's career was over after the incident.....Mutu still has 6-7 years of top-flight football(if he's smart).
That's the thing, (1)Bosnich had a promising career ahead of him, (2)then he had a poor spell, (3)then he tested positive for coke, (4)then he dropped off the earth. Mutu already has numbers one through three, it seems like he's going for number four too.

A terrible thing to say...Del Piero is a clean player who's never intentionally hurt his team. I'd rather have Del Piero playing at a terrible level than have a player on cocaine. Coke makes you self-destructive and it is the worst possible drug to use when you are on a team. Furthermore, the medium to long-term effects of cocaine are terrible for the body.

I was being sarcastic...
Well, I think that you could understand my confusion given the fact that Mutu has produced better than Del Piero, even when using cocaine...

i dont think that we can compare Alex with Mutu .... as u mentioned ian, Alex has never been doing drugs in his life.... Mutu is a relatively good player ... everyone feared the Adriano-Mutu due back in Parma ... but everthing is changed now... Adriano is living one of his best seasons in his life ... Mutu hardly played this season , and now he is banned cuz of drugs .... If we wanna buy Mutu cuz we think he WAS great, then we r mistaken to the buttcrack ... whats wrong with buying cassano instead !!!
