I’m reading that the vote being tied 4-4 means lower court ruling remains in place, but if another similar case reaches the court and ACB does not recuse herself then this becomes reality. I’d give this scenario more than 50% chance.

If you marry a US citizen you’ll get a “conditional” green card for 2 years and after 2 years to can submit that form to remove the condition. You’d think this type of violation would result in a fine at most.
