The lack of due process means that Donald Trump can have you, not anyone else, you picked up from the streets. Trump could take a baseball bat and beat your face to a pulp in broad daylight. He could castrate you in front of hundreds of people. And there would be no consequence to him. You would not be able to prevent this situation, you would not be awarded any sort of damages afterwards. Nothing would happen, no one would help you.
