Where is most of the violence coming from right now? Which side of the spectrum? And how long did it take the democrats to come out and say the absolute basic thing - that violence is a bad thing, no matter from which side it comes?
Lol. Biden’s been saying it the entire time. And so have other moderate democrats. But y’all wanna pretend like AOC and some random twitter retards = democrat policy. Kind of sad.

And Trump can’t bring himself to condemn any right wing violence. Lol. Not to mention he’s consistently glossed over mass shootings in the US and around the world, vast majority done by white nationalists who support him.

You must have. And this isn’t the first time he’s said it. Multiple times he’s said people violently rioting and looting should be prosecuted.

He also said he’s totally opposed to defunding the police. And that they need more help. Another thing he has stated multiple times.

Surprise surprise though, Trump and his minions telling lies.
i believe he said he would "redirect the funding" so make of that what you will.

Nah. He didn’t say that tonight or previously. The one time the right tried to make it seem he did was a manipulated video lol. He’s said he wants to increase funding for social programs, mental health, etc. But hasn’t said it shall be at the expense of police funding.

He’s actually asked both tonight and previously for increased federal law enforcement spending along with investment in programs to combat the root cause of crime.

Don’t fall for Trump lies.

Biden did surprisingly well though. I expected Trump to destroy him, but he kept up and threw some jabs back.

I thought Biden won that, Trump didn’t attract new voters with this performance. At least Joe had some small moments directed to the people.

And LOL at Trump doing a Skip Bayless with the mail-in ballots . He’s already got the narrative prepared if it doesn’t go his way.

And I'm sure most people think that the big companies like Amazon should pay their fair share of taxes just like they think Trump should pay his.

It's not really that surprising that some people/companies with big resources look to avoid paying taxes. It's still a good bit of info for the voters though (if Trumps views on taxes weren't already clear).
The average person has no clue how taxation works at the corporate level.

Your average person, and pretty much everyone I've talked to about the subject, thinks that companies pay "zero tax" because "loopholes".

They really don't like it when you explain that Amazon has paid literally billions in tax, it just happens to not SPECIFICALLY be "income tax". By the time you start explaining how you can't tax profit if there is none they've already moved onto other arguments, moved the goal posts, or simply said "well it's still not right".

What's worse is that if you google "how much tax does (company) pay", you get 99% of articles explaining that they paid zero, how immoral it is, how much they earned vs the zero they paid, etc... You practically have to look at their year end finance report to find the amounts they've paid in other taxes. Nobody is reporting on how much they did pay, just how much they didn't, despite that being a number that doesn't matter because it didn't apply.

Not to mention that anything the owner, managers, or employees bring home is taxed, every purchase the company makes is taxed, all real estate the company owns is taxed, etc, etc, etc...

Companies pay tax. A lot of it. Just not "income tax". Because you can't pay tax on $0. It's really not hard to grasp.
