Don't know about the Danish equivalent, but Bildung is used when talking about formal education as well, so could be pretty confusing without specifying it beforehand too.

You can't but there is the more known literary equivalent https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bildungsroman.

In Dutch we'd recognize it as 'opvoeding' which is both about what you're taught at school and at home. However Bildung goes beyond that imo as it is also about your personal experiences.

EDIT: we might also say 'vorming' which would translate roughly to the 'moulding' of a person during his formative years.

I've been reading that I can fill out an affidavit ballot and it might count depending on the results of the lawsuit (I'm not registered as a party, but I'm also reading that it's only for voters that have had their party affiliation switched.

My friend is one of the people affected, just found this out. The voter lookup system says there's no record for her and to contact the Board of Elections, meanwhile she did register years ago and they even sent her a postcard telling her to vote and even where her polling location was
