It always amazed me, how people can feel this way, but I know a few people, who like to go to the cinema, and no to watch the movie.
They enjoy the company and everything, and they dont care about the movie that much.

depends who/what the interruption is

but in general, I prefer not to watch movies by myself... it's kind of like studying, which I prefer to do in the company of others; not because they make it entertaining or enjoyable or anything like that, but just because I enjoy other people's company. As long as they don't interrupt all the time (same goes for movies)

I guess people who go in big groups tend to do that. But i must confess i enjoy a movie more when im alone rather than in a group.

Movies cost like £10 including popcorn etc But then theres taxi money. equals £25 to see a crap movie Then I want to go again

Also i never have or never will go to the cinema alone. Id choose to never do anything alone if I had the choice (well maybe except bathroom things heh)

Talking about going to the cinema alone. I'd feel lonely there without anyone I know by my side. I never feel lonely in any other situation, but I guess I would.

btw, the burgers thing: I'm not a vegetarian, in fact, I rarely eat vegetables. It's just that I dislike meat. And they bring up some bad associations...

I saw the trailer of the movie: "Sky Captain..." - it really looks rubbish.
