Just saw the terminal. That was a beautiful movie.
DIEGO LUNA

anyway Gandalf, "Princess Mononoke" is a very famous Japanese anime movie. The director of it later directed "Spirited Away", which is also famous and personally I loved it.

I watched dodgeball. Some might call it a waste of time and stupid, but I am a fan of Ben Stiller's lame ways, so it was hilarious.

I just watched "Forgotton" last weekend.

I liked it a lot. Interesting blend of slight Horror and Sci-Fi with a wierd twist.

i have to admit that it was good.

somebody was screaming and ran away from the theatre.

Majed, didnt the charecters seem fake though ?

Maria, Mother of Grace. This movie is the best. It's about a Columbian woman who is used as a mule (transfer of cocaine by swallowing large tablets) to get into the United States. Good movie. Watch it.

I would heartily recommend Maria, Full of Grace as well.

In the past few years (10-15), there's been an increasing number of excellent Latin American movies that have become available in the states. Starting from El Mariachi through flicks like Central Station, to Amores Perros, to perhaps my favorite movie last year: City of God.

And I just saw what's probably one of my favorites this year just last weekend: The Motorcycle Diaries -- about Ernesto (Che) Guavara and his famous South American road trip with Alberto Granado in 1952. Even if you set aside his personal historical relevance, it's a beautifully made movie that tells a great story of his transformation from a more provincial medical student in Buenos Aires into a primordial revolutionary.
