I am interested how many of you Juve hipsters sport a moustache. I couldn't help but notice our Lebanese friend Stripper wears his with pride. Althought I personally believe it resembles a Village People members muzzy.

I am a former moustache mongrel. Yes, even for a few years while living in SF, where they carry a whole different meaning if you're not a cop. (Except instead of the Castro-style buzz cut, I wore a moustache instead with really long hair that I used to tie up in a bandana loop around the top of my head, Mexes sport headband style -- used to confuse the crap out of people. Except for maybe the soccer playing Latino homies who worked behind all the Mission burrito bars.)

A dozen years ago I opted for a ghoti over it -- something I grew as a joke before I went to some grad classes one summer at the U of Washington in Seattle (wanting to look like a Starbucks employee).

I kind of liked it and that much has stuck ever since.

Well, except the long hair thing.
