this is like an alternative to the 'most irritating voices' thread..plus the 'rock' part:p

anyway,i wont be going for axl rose.he sounds like a rat being molsted on stage at times.

id go for ian gillan.and for those who dont know him,he's the deep purple vocalist.or atleast the best recogized deep purple vocalist.amazing voice.amazing range.

Well Jeff Buckley had a voice stretching something like 4 octaves, so for raw vocal range probably him.

Jeff Buckley had a great voice, one of my favorites singers.

I always say Matt Balow (ex-Iced Earth). Although he's more of a metal singer, that usually counts, right?
