Also saying, "Every one take their hate out on Capello."

Should be: "Every one take his(or her) hate out on Capello."

Also: "Are you mad because of me being online?"

Should be: "Are you mad because of my being online?"

It should be "It is I, Sally".

And, "may I speak to Sally?" "Yes, this is her". It should be "Yes, this is she"

Also:

The use of "John and me are going..." when it should be John and I.

But then people think it is always "John and I" when it is correct to say, "Are you coming with John and me?" Not the opposite.
