Capello is a great coach, did great things. He didn't fit players into formation, he fit formation into players.

also he has the 'manager' skills and to me seemed a bit more solid than sacchi. also showed awesome management skills for being able to control back then great milan team and now cassano. plus he's been successful at every club he's at.
