The county's interior minister said five charred bodies were found in a bank set aflame by "troublemakers" in pro-democracy protests.

Taeib Cherqaoui told reporters at least 128 people were injured, mostly security forces in unrest linked to protests a day earlier that drew at least 37,000 demonstrators in dozens of towns and cities.

The minister said that "troublemakers" vandalised dozens of public buildings, shops and banks, including one in northeastern Al Hoceima where the five bodies were found. He said 120 people were arrested.

Political campaigners said the protests were hijacked by thugs in some towns, especially by football fans leaving matches. Some 37,000 protested, according to the interior ministry.

2011 might be one of the most remarkable years in the modern Arabian history. Keep the good work people. :pint:

I'm loving the sudden courage the Arabs are having. Throw them out one after the other, i'm waiting for Morocco's stupid king, that midget with the ugly moustache in Algeria, and the biggest dictator of all Bashar.

This is getting funny.
It's everything but funny, but with the rate these "xxx 2011 demonstrations" thread are being opened every day, I'm tempted to open a Juventuz demonstrations 2011 thread where we can demonstrate against the dictators here.
It could be funny. The moderators will lose it Gaddafi style and start banning hundreds of accounts per day, but we will win. Martin will find a way to hack the system and take their moderating powers off.
Then, just like it will happen in the Arab countries, we democratically choose the new moderators, which will actually be the same guys but with a new username and new avatars. :D

Al Jazeera informs that the first group of demonstrators gathered in the religion forum square, with banners calling for one moderator to give his resignation.
Snoop Abdallah Homos masked as a pig and Seven Mohamed El-Sayed with a fake beard (He still can't grow beard) and a ticking bomb on his head are leading the demonstrators.

I didn't mean that the situation or the demonstrations are funny, I was talking about the threads.

As a result of the tension in Morocco and after he spent three months ignoring his people, the Saudi tyrant is heading like a chicken tomorrow to his country.

The stupid Saudi government is trying to calm people down by having next Saturday as vacation as a result of this GLORIOUS day.

    On another topic:

A 19-year old state of emergency imposed in Algeria is to be lifted imminently following a draft order adopted by the country's government, reports said on Tuesday.
