After the abymsal last year for Juventus in ticket sales (atleast in the number of fans), this year things are looking much better. This is because of the new initatives that the club is using in selling season tickets. For example, the season tickets for women and children under 13 is only 19€ a season for certain areas of the stadium. This is having a very good effect on season ticket sales, because in the first 10 days Juventus already sold 15.000 tickets, that's a record pace for Juventus. This figure is even more impresive if you consider that last year only 17.000 tickets were sold and their is still a month left till the deadline for season tickets.

I really like this initative of Juventus, the club might not get more money from tickets then last year, but the atmosphere in the stadium is going to be much more better

Has that truly begun yet? All the rumors about a seat shortage if you're not a season ticketholder had me wondering...

News that if TAS lift the AS Roma mercato restiction on Monday as expected, then Cassano/Chiellini & M****** scambio almost a done deal.

This will further intensify ticket sales.

its for crap seats though... Having said that i did buy season tickets there for my cousin and her 2 children which also meant i got my normal season ticket at a reduced price... so all isnt bad

How is Juventus going to gain a following in Turin? Even by renovating the stadium?

Thats the root of the problem isnt it?

Maybe they can do social functions, promotions etc to attract people. Maybe a new demographic- like single mothers or something.
