If they want to sell Montero, then so be it.

However, why now, and not at the end of the season? Iuliano and Legro were already sold within a week, and now's now's not a good time to sign a new defender and integrate him into the squad.
By the end of the season he will be a out of contract, and his status will be a free transfer if I am not wrong. we can always sell him now, but still retaining his service till the end of the season, unless we want to have another case of Davids.

Who's covering when montero and tudor leave? Does anybody know anything about our youngster Masiello? I hear he's been on the bench in a few matches.

with a little bit of luck he will turn into one of those hard-working, no talent, never let you get passed , italian defenders

Doesnt really matter, it's not like anyone's willing to pay big money for him.

 hmm, like uiliano? I'm kinda confused though, so is that a good thing or waht? :dazed:

sounds like we need to seriously enforce our defenders soon.

he cant leave now without another coming in. tudor isnt the most reliable defender and having him as our sole back up would be foolish.

Surely Capello and Moggi realise this. Capello's lack of rotating is bound to kick in soon and the players will start pulling more injuries and will be in need of rest.

Thats what I'm afraid of, I can't believe we only have canna and thuram as reliable DC. Its like were on the edge and one slight injury to one of them, n it'll mean the end of our scudetto race.

Well we better get somebody soon coz our scudetto hopes seem to be solely on canna and thuram's shoulders. If they're injured then were doomed!

I think we don't need to buy world class defenders, just some one with potential who can learn a lot from thuram and canna.

you know what is sad though?? Even with iuliano, legro, montero, ciro, tudor on the bench, thuram or cannavaro getting injured is still the worst case scenario.

i think capello and moggi have realised that regardless whether they are there or not, no one on bench is good enough to replace an injured thuram or cannavaro.

i tell you this...i hope moggi goes crazy next season....chivu, squillaci..bring on young good defenders!

I think that he means more like Pessotto or Negro...
