After the first 10 minutes of the match, I actually thought he might have a decent match. Why do I even get my hopes up :(

Maybe I was dreaming it but there was one moment where he miscontrolled the ball 15 yards, won it back, passed it to a Lech player, won it back, and then finally got the ball to a Juve player.

Sissoko set to leave Juve
Reports in Italy suggest Juventus will sell Momo Sissoko in the January transfer window and then use the proceeds to reinforce their attack.

The Mali international midfielder has been a peripheral figure in Turin under Gigi Del Neri and unlike other players - notably Fabio Grosso - he actually wants to leave.

Sissoko has generated a great deal of interest from Germany where Wolfsburg and Schalke are prepared to offer him a new challenge.

Juventus hope to recoup between €6m and €8m for the 25-year-old who joined the club from Liverpool in January 2008.

La Gazzetta dello Sport understands Beppe Marotta will reinvest any monies Juventus receive for Sissoko in Maxi Lopez or Alessandro Matri.

However, if both players are unavailable, the Old Lady will turn her attention to other areas like centre-back and midfield.

Milan have so far discouraged Juventus' interest in Daniele Bonera and Mario Yepes, prompting Marotta to get creative and ask about Zenit St Petersburg's Fernando Meira who has also been linked with Lazio.

As for Juventus' midfield, a club scout reportedly watched Ivan Rakitic and Javi Garcia play in Benfica's Champions League match against Schalke last night.

Hopefully this comes to fruition...minus the Maxi Lopez part.
