First goal of Moise Kean after 509 days!

He scored 3 goals during friendlies, again proved we were wrong, we should have sold Milik instead of him.
We did good to sell him, even though I think he will raise his value at Viola. Juve was just not a place for him. Milik is better for our game.

Amazing what getting away from Allegri can do for an attacking players career
I think pretty much through his career he scores goals if his team actually has the ball. I always said I don't think he's elite or anything but his physicality and movement is good enough to score on a decent team.

Pleased for him.

He can be a good Serie A striker at a team that gets the ball in the box. He was not the level we need for a starter or first backup, particularly under Motta. But I'd like to see him have a decent career, as long as he doesn't score against us.

I dont have a spot for him, but always was pretty sure he is not that bad.He just needs playing time and stay fit and he will score plenty. Could still become a Immobile figure for on of the lesser teams too.
playtime is important indeed. he also needs space and support (service) and a bit of luck too. his millimetric offsides at jj surely didn't help in building confidence

just for the record, this is his current fbref scouting report for the last 365 days. it was even worse before he started to score for fiorentina (his non-penalty goals per 90 was 0.00). report only considers serie a games (plus cl, el too, but fiorentina is out of those competitions)

he scored 4 goals in 7 matches across all competitions (serie a, conference league qualification, nations league). will be interesting to see how his season progresses

he is just this type of player, i still remember that qoute here "his first touch is his last" or something like that and this is really spot on. He cant do much more than scoring, he either scores or looses the ball.
