Except that we didn't plan investing in a proper SS and our money were planned for a top signing or two for the positions we need top players. If we also need to buy a SS, that might mean that instead of 1 or 2 top players we will end up with 3-4 ok-ish players.

I checked Montenegrin online sites and I just found this:

The great finish of the first half seemed to be an intro into a better performance in the second half, even though Montenegro has been badly weakened after the 45th minute when Mirko Vucinic got an injury (as it was proven later, just a minor injury)
