Sign a great LW Hazard Robben or whoever it is sign a great CB and just then we should look at a forward

A forward would strengthen us but is not a must given our situation

Tbh Players like Juan, Bastos, Vargas, are not the long term answer's, and you know if we signed one of them, we would probably want to replace them the following season, but if we signed a Nani or a Hazard for LM & a Jovetic for SS, they would be there for many seasons to come, same with Hummels, Subotic, etc plus they have great re-sale value. Hazard/Nani can replace Nedved's LM position but a Bastos cannot.

Scrapping Aquero/Rossi/Pastore for top class LM,LB and CB would be a wise move indeed.
But keep wasting money on more mediocre/average CMs and SSs instead is idiotic and we do this every year and it seems likely that we will do this year as well (Vucinic+Vidal)
we just add more of the same (Amauri+Melo) without actually upgrading our squad and lose millions in the process...

Really? Is vucunic a great player? no, not really, not even close. Is he that much better than Quag/Matri? again probably not. And if we do sell Marchisio, we'd need to sign another CM since we already stupidly loaned Melo, and considering we don't have any money and that Marotta isn't the best GM/SD, am not sure about that deal, sidesways move tbh.

Marchisio is valued at 6 M€ that is if one wants to be generous, add 3 Million to that making Vucinic at 9 Million, a very decent price for a good player who will give much more than Marchisio.

And why would we need to buy another CM if we buy Marchisio if Marchisio is used as left midfielder? So we can deploy the new CM also out of position?

Until the Italian Juve fans would kill to keep our Italian mediocrity and they prefer Rossi to world class players, Marotta will do everything to satisfy the home fans. They even make it easier for him when they prefer cheaper Italians to more expensive world class players.

Vidal is most effective as a box to box midfielder, not as a DM.

Conte might have been a great CM but it doesn't mean he's well versed in tactics, as far as I am concerned he is unproven as a coach.
