It's the Khedira backup that worries me the most. Lemina, Pereyra and Hernanes look out of place there, Sturaro regressed quite hard, Padoin falls short and Asamoah is a leftie...

Allegri is a brave man if he goes into next season with Hernanes and Lemina his only DM options.

We can allready know what Pjanic and Gomez would cost. We need to discuss with Real (and chelsea) to know if morata is possible (and cuads) and if so at what cost.


because Morata is significantly more important then the others, we need to see what he would cost before we can calculate what the rest of the budget is.

Pjanic at 38 is a no brainier and should be completed immediately. He is the perfect player to elevate our game, providing the creativity we lost when Pirlo left. Our midfield would basically be complete after that.

I know Roma have FFP issues coming up and yes that smells like an opportunity to get a fast one over on them but I'd rather pay up the 38m NOW before other clubs start picking up the same scent and start throwing their higher salary options in front of him.

Seal the deal asap with the club and begin negotiating his salary immediately.

Depends, we need to retain Morata first, see about Cuadrado and get a replacement if we cant there. THEN, we know if we have 38mil for a first team player that isnt a starter. If we have that, we should immediatly do it.

Both players are good, as long as we get one. Marchisio can play very well as b2b in place of Khedira, if we get Miralem.

I really don't see how André Gomes is the first choice here. Id never heard of him before our interest and Pjanic is one of the absolute best playmakers in the game. I think €36m is a steal for Pjanic - he'll become a top 5 playmaker in the world with us (if he isn't already!)

Our possession football with this guy will rock everyone bar Barca and Bayern.

I think with Pjanic added we would have the best midfield in terms of having a mix of passing skills and defensive skills. Pogba is a very good passer and is very good defensively and hardworking. Marchisio is even a better player in possession play and is great defensively. Pjanic is a master passer and is not bad defensively. No one else has that balance between offensive and defensive skills that we do.



Barca's advantage comes from the trio upfront all of which are master passers and great in possession. Their fullbacks are also typically great in possession and great passers. I think if they had Pogba, marchisio and Pjanic they would be even better. Thats so much passing and defensive hardworking talent.
