Pjanic and Pogba arent regista's, but occupy the LCM.

Both Pjanic and Pogba however, played regista today

Pjanic was below average, and Pogba was terrible.

However, we said Pjanic offensive output was better, as a mezzala. We didnt speak about the whole package when the midfield works.
Pjanic was terrible too today. What saves him is Asamoah being so inept to take all attention.

i am not talking about man u vs juventus

you guys said pjanic was going to play as regista SINCE JULY WHEN WE BOUGHT HIM AND POGBA WAS HERE

and then when pogba left in early august YOU SAID THAT PJANIC IS BETTER.

own up and admit you were wrong
As in, Pjanic is better offensively. But feel free to to spout your usual nonsense Loin. I'd probably do the same if I worked at a shithole like Canadian Tire.

Lion has lost the ability to differentiate himself from his jester-role. He is now the trollish joke once started out as an act.

Firstly. You are being trolled by Lion? Just lol. Secondly. It remains to be seen how he will be offensively full time, until he is proclaimed better then someone who lived for kind of games we had vs Inter today.
He was too soft today.
That's how he is, put him in position where can do most creative damage and you are fine, as long as he is consistent. But as a player he is physically soft and lazy, doesn't change much , just the way he is.

This.

I don't know why Allegri ever thought of him as a regista with the other pieces we have in our midfield. At Roma his best positions by far were LCM and occasionally CAM. If we had Vidal and Pogba on either side of him, he might do okay as a Pirlo style regista, but with guys like Asamoah and Khedira, there just isn't enough running and ball-winning physicality to allow Pjanic time as a regista. Nor is there enough possession for him to work there.

So Pogba has created a lot this year already?
you are so dense its absolutely amazing. did i say anything about manchester? i am talking about performances for juve.

in pre season, you had him in the fucking regista role as "marchisio replacement" there was no talk about offensive output. which is a silly argument anyway. a regista is a playmaker and ball spreader. neither which pjanic does as he doesnt ask for the ball.

but go ahead and fie back with a typical insult or a gay joke to deflect from your lack of ability to argue. no one here is fooled.

I said he was better offensively last season. He created almost double the chances, had almost double the key passes, scored more goals, and had the same number of assists. =Better offensively.

This year he has a goal already.

It doesn't change the fact that Pogba is clearly a better player overall.

Nor does it change the fact that Pjanic is far too soft to play Regista without the protection that Pirlo was afforded there by Vidal and Pogba and Marchisio. If you want to play Pjanic as a regista, he needs protection and we need to be playing possession based football.

What? Go troll somewhere else Loin.

Pjanic has always been best as LCM. I said so from the very beginning. You are quite ze amazing dummy. But that's alright. I expect nothing more from Canadian Tire employees.

You're getting sides of the field mixed up. Naingollan was RCM, Pjanic was LCM.
Pjanic mainly RCM for most of those 5 years. Only times that changed was playing AM a bit (and not as well either). He moved with a lot of position but started off from right middle.

Not against us last season in the eary season loss. naingollan was RCM and Pjanic LCM. I seem to recall him playing on the left quite often after Naingollan arrived there. Admittedly I didn't watch them much prior to the last 2 seasons.

Regardless, his best position seems to be beside a CDM, either left or right. With room to go forward and create. Just like Pogba, even if the two provide vastly different interpretations of the role.

I see no problem with that as long as we compensate it
