His first-touch passes :touched:
This is excactly it. We are going to play much faster with Pjanic than with Pogba. With all Pogbas attributes it was frustrating to watch him try to drible 3 players and do unnecessary stepovers. Pjanic is a smarter player who understands when to play it simple and when to try something more difficult.

:agree: Juve will be moving the ball quicker than in previous seasons. Dani Alves, Higuain and Pjanic bring a lot more technique.

I liked that he was making a lot of runs rather than sitting deep. Khedira and him doing that gives us a whole new edge. I can imagine it will only get better with time, especially after Claudio returns. Our strikers found themselves frequently isolated up front in 3-5-2, especially during Conte's era.

I don't think we got 1 FK in a dangerous area yesterday? Only corners.

lol EDF probably drilled all week long on how to not foul Juve players within range of Dybala or Pjanic.

Goalies must be shitting bricks when they play us. If it isn't Higuain or Mario to scares them its our FK specialists

I was going to say this.

Not in these terms, because I'm a Pogba fanboy.

But our style changes and our game becomes more fluid and with more rythm, absolutely. Pjanic and Khedira are great at moving the ball quickly and applying dynanism to the team.

Looks great.

moving the ball quicker is meaningless if you tend to disappear and cower in big games.

which pjanic does.

i'll wait to see him do that vs sevilla and lyon before i start being impressed

Agree with the sentiment, but I don't consider Sevilla and Lyon big games...

Tho sadly enough Sevilla are technically better then rest of Serie A kinda.

should have clarified better. I meant more in terms of importance/pressure of occasion, not prestige of team.

both Khedira and marchisio are big game players. hopefully their presence can inspire him to show up when it matters
