He is miles ahead of MArchisio in the attacking department. marchi should stay as regista because he does it very well and also offers physical presence. Pogba is a hybrid between the 2, with great technique and physical presence to bully guys. Pjanic is more flimsy and doesnt offer much defensively, but he could be potentially more lethal than Pogba himself because his a master assistman and his offensive deicition making is world class (unlike pogs who seems to fuck up a lot of plays with his overextending).

Bottom line: Let Pjanic project offensively.
