He is unlucky. Barca allways play 3 CMs, but he joins and they get a manager who plays 2 CMs.

I was thinking the same, how bad has our midfield become that Pjanic would still be a very decent choice for it right now.
He looks very fine in Barca, I am also happy for him.
Would have been our best midfielder if he was still here and we have swapped + paid cash for a guy who we aren't willing to play in a weak area of our team.
